LONDON: Vinanz Limited, a Bitcoin mining company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has expedited its expansion plans in Indiana, USA. The company has increased its Bitcoin mining fleet from 20 to 120 operational miners, acquiring 100 Bitmain Antminer S19J Pro miners. This move comes 2-3 months ahead of schedule and results in an immediate reduction in power costs across all miners hosted by Megawatt in Indiana from $0.08 to $0.07 per kWh.

In the coming weeks, Vinanz will further increase the total number of miners in Indiana with the arrival of 20 “Made in America” Auradine AT2880 miners, announced on February 19, 2025. The company’s hashing capacity is expected to reach approximately 16.4 petahash (PH/s) once these miners are operational.

Vinanz plans additional expansions in Indiana with Megawatt later this year and aims to further expand with existing third-party hosting partners in Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, and Canada.

David Lenigas, Chairman of Vinanz, commented, “Our Indiana host Megawatt advised us last week that they had 100 SJ19 Pro miners available that were already installed and hashing. We took the opportunity to accelerate our plans to increase our mining fleet, which helps us lower power costs across our entire fleet in Indiana. We are bullish on the Bitcoin price this year, and our mission is to expand our fleet as much as possible in the USA as opportunities arise.”
