Eurobank and LTIMindtree launch global delivery center in India

ATHENS: Eurobank S.A., a subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A., has announced a multi-year partnership with global technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree.

The collaboration aims to enhance customer experience by improving banking operations and developing innovative IT services for Eurobank and its subsidiaries.

Facilitated by Fairfax Digital Services, the partnership includes the establishment of a Global Delivery Center in Pune, India. This center was officially inaugurated today at the LTIMindtree office in Pune. The initiative underscores the strong economic ties between Greece and India and complements the recently established LTIMindtree Greece office.

The Global Delivery Center will focus on technology modernization, digital innovation, and maintaining critical banking applications. This initiative is expected to empower Eurobank Group to meet growing customer demands as it expands its services.

As part of the partnership, LTIMindtree has been chosen as the Services Partner for Eurobank Luxembourg’s Temenos implementation program. LTIMindtree will provide maintenance, data migration, quality assurance, and post-production support services, helping to drive innovation and modernize the technology infrastructure for Eurobank Group in Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Greece. The collaboration aims to leverage LTIMindtree’s technology and data solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
