Fever-Tree and Molson Coors announce strategic partnership in the U.S.

LONDON: Fever-Tree, a global leader in premium carbonated mixers, has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with Molson Coors, one of the world’s largest beverage companies, to handle the exclusive sales, distribution, and production of the Fever-Tree brand in the U.S.
Since its U.S. debut in 2008, Fever-Tree has seen significant growth, becoming the top tonic and ginger beer brand in America. This partnership aims to leverage Fever-Tree’s market position and Molson Coors’ expertise to drive the brand’s next phase of growth in the U.S.
Strategic Benefits of the Partnership:
Fever-Tree and Molson Coors share a common vision to expand the brand’s presence across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic occasions.
Utilizing Molson Coors’ extensive U.S. distribution network and sales teams, the partnership aims to maximize Fever-Tree’s market momentum and growth potential.
An incremental marketing fund will be allocated to boost brand and category awareness during the initial period of the partnership.
The collaboration will capitalize on Molson Coors’ supply chain network to enhance operational efficiencies and manage U.S. production.
Molson Coors will acquire an 8.5% shareholding in Fever-Tree for £71.0 million, reflecting the partnership’s long-term focus. Fever-Tree also announced a £71.0 million share buyback program beginning in February 2025, supported by enhanced cash generation from the strategic partnership.
