LONDON: Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP) has announced the appointment of Simon Hicks as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, starting June 1, 2025. Hicks, who most recently served as CEO of Evero Energy Limited, brings extensive experience in the infrastructure and energy markets. He has held senior positions at Cape plc, Altrad Services, and Bilfinger.
Following the retirement of David Anderson, Simon Hicks will join the Hargreaves Services plc Board. Hicks will initially focus on creating and delivering value within the company’s Services business unit.
