LONDON: Flagship Housing Group Limited and Bromford Housing Group Limited have agreed to enter into discussions with a view to forming a business combination.
They aim to come together creating a new organisation that will trade as Bromford Flagship. It is currently proposed that they will use Bromford as the Group parent renamed as Bromford Flagship Limited, and Flagship will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bromford Flagship Limited, alongside Bromford Housing Association Limited and Merlin Housing Society Limited (and other existing entities). The combined group will own and manage c.80,000 homes.
The business combination will be subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Flagship is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 31211R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number 4651.
Bromford is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 29996R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4449.
