PARIS, FRANCE: Poujoulat SA has acquired 80% of the capital of Convesa, one of the top three Spanish manufacturers of metallic chimney flues. This strategic acquisition allows the Poujoulat Group to significantly increase its international presence.
Founded 50 years ago, Convesa has become a significant player in the market for modular metallic chimney flues.
Convesa offers a complete range of products, including single-wall flues, insulated double-wall, concentric, and flexible flues for all types of generators, catering to individual and collective housing as well as tertiary and industrial markets.
In 2023, Convesa achieved a turnover of €17.5 million, primarily internationally, and has nearly a hundred employees.
The company has a recent and efficient industrial tool and available capacities to develop its activity. It is currently commissioning a new logistics platform.
This acquisition allows the Poujoulat Group to extend its presence in Europe with a solid foothold in the Iberian market, where it plans to accelerate its development. The Group is thus present through commercial subsidiaries and production units in 9 European markets while exporting to more than thirty countries.
Roberto Sanchez, General Manager of Convesa and shareholder of the company with 20%, along with the current management team, will continue their commitment to ensure the company’s development and implement the synergies that will undoubtedly be realized with the other companies of the Poujoulat Group.

The group achieved a turnover of €352 million during the fiscal year 2023/2024 and employs 1,750 people.
Founded in 1974, Convesa (Conductos de Ventilacion, SA) is one of the main Spanish manufacturers of chimney flues for housing and tertiary and industrial applications. Based in Mostoles, near Madrid, the company manufactures all its products in Spain and exports to about twenty countries.
