Water Engineering, Inc. (WEI), headquartered in Omaha, NE, has successfully acquired Schaumburg, IL-based WET Solutions, Inc.
This acquisition marks a significant step in WEI’s expansion, bringing together two leading providers of water treatment solutions.
Steve Hallier, co-founder and owner of WET Solutions, retains an ownership stake and will continue his role to ensure a seamless transition. Both companies share a commitment to service excellence, with WEI CEO David Wagenfuhr expressing enthusiasm for the partnership and the future growth it promises.
WEI, known for its comprehensive water treatment chemicals, consultation, and services, has grown substantially since its inception in 1994, now serving customers across 34 states. WET Solutions, also founded in 1994, is recognized for its expertise in water treatment equipment and services in Illinois and Wisconsin.
The union is expected to enhance the service-first focus that has been pivotal to the success of WEI’s portfolio of companies, backed by the support of Nolan Capital in their consolidation strategy.
