Simpson’s extensive background in technology, automotive, and logistics, including his tenure at Avast and Royal Mail Group, positions him well for the challenges ahead.

Stephen Fitzpatrick, the company’s founder and outgoing CEO, reinforces his commitment by injecting additional capital and transitioning to a Board member role, where he will concentrate on business strategy and vision realization.

The company’s Board is further bolstered by the addition of Ben Story, whose three decades of experience in industrial technology and global finance are expected to be instrumental in Vertical’s journey to market.
