SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV, OTC:CVUEF) has announced the appointment of Charles “Chuck” Mowrey as the new President and CEO for its North American operations.
The announcement comes ahead of the company’s investor webinar titled “Introduction to Charles Mowrey, President and CEO (North America),” scheduled for May 24, 2024, following ClearVue’s General Meeting.
Mowrey, who will officially assume his new role on May 1, 2024, is no stranger to the company’s boardroom, having served as a Non-Executive board member since May 1, 2023. His promotion to an executive position is seen as a testament to his significant contributions and leadership in the commercial glass and glazing industries.
With a storied career that includes a transformative tenure as CEO of 8G Solutions and President of Harmon Inc, where he notably increased revenue from $87 million to over $300 million, Mowrey is poised to bring a wealth of experience to ClearVue. His previous roles as Managing Director of Emerging Technologies for Guardian Glass and Executive Vice President for View Inc. have been marked by innovation and strategic growth, making him an ideal fit for leading ClearVue’s expansion efforts.
Victor Rosenberg, Non-executive Chairman of ClearVue, expressed his enthusiasm for Mowrey’s appointment, highlighting the latter’s passion for the company’s vision and his instrumental role in its growth trajectory.
