SYDNEY: Frugl Group Limited, soon to be known as InFocus Group Limited, has officially announced the successful acquisition of Trienpont International Co. Ltd.
This strategic acquisition includes all of Trienpont’s business assets and is expected to significantly broaden the operational scope of InFocus Analytics.
The integration of Trienpont International into the InFocus portfolio heralds a shift from solely retail data analytics to a more diverse range of sector-agnostic applications.
This expansion is anticipated to catalyze the software development for InFocus’s platform, enhancing the company’s Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
