Red Dot Corporation, a global leader in mobile HVAC systems, has announced John Beering as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of diverse industry experience, Beering is set to replace John Kaestle, who successfully navigated the company through the COVID-19 crisis and expanded its manufacturing base. Kaestle will maintain his influence within Red Dot by joining the board of directors.
Beering’s appointment is part of a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and market presence. His prior roles include spearheading growth at BraunAbility Arch Retail | United Access, LLC and executive positions at Trojan Battery and Eaton Corp. A Purdue University alumnus, Beering is also actively involved in various advisory and charitable boards.
“John Beering’s leadership is an ideal fit for Red Dot because of his commitment to professionalism and performance, fostering a culture of collaboration and building meaningful relationships with customers – focus areas that are core to Red Dot as a company,” said Steve Mance, chairman of Red Dot’s board of directors.
“We’re grateful for John Kaestle’s leadership, and enthusiastic about John Beering coming onboard to guide the company through our next chapter, delivering for customers by leveraging new technologies and building on our long history of exceptional products.”
“The stage is really set for Red Dot to advance as a growth business, elevating our processes, team and culture so that we can move forward as the industry leader and support our OE and aftermarket customers as true partners,” Beering said.
“This is also my first opportunity to work in an ESOP, and I’m excited to join this diverse and dedicated team of individuals who all place a sense of ownership over their work and their company.”
