This collaboration is set to advance Helix’s operations within the prolific ‘Montana Helium Fairway’.
The expertise of Petroleum Consultants’ management team is unparalleled, boasting three Professionally Licensed Petroleum Engineers and over four decades of combined experience in hydrocarbon exploration and development.
Their comprehensive service portfolio has catered to more than 50 clients, offering engineering, project management, wellsite supervision, and a suite of other essential services.
Helix’s decision to engage Petroleum Consultants was influenced by their extensive operational experience in Montana and their proven track record in managing exploration activities across the United States, particularly within the Rocky Mountains region. The execution of this agreement signifies the commencement of Helix’s ambitious Phase 1 Work Programme, laying the groundwork for a safe and successful drilling campaign slated for the third quarter of 2024.
Moreover, Helix has successfully secured £7.5 million through an oversubscribed Initial Public Offering (IPO) conducted in early April 2024. This financial milestone ensures that Helix is well-equipped to proceed with the contracting of a drilling rig for the appraisal drilling at Ingomar Dome. Currently, the company is in the process of finalizing a drilling contract with its preferred supplier, with expectations to formalize the agreement in the upcoming weeks.
