AAM Insurance Investment Management has announced significant leadership changes to take effect from May 1, 2024. Tim Senechalle, CFA, will take over as the new Chief Investment Officer (CIO), while Elizabeth Henderson, CFA, will assume the role of Head of Fixed Income.
John Schaefer, AAM’s Chairman and CEO, expressed confidence in the new appointees, stating, “Tim and Elizabeth will lead our investment efforts and continue to deliver the strong investment performance our clients expect.” He emphasized that the company’s investment philosophy and team approach would remain consistent, ensuring a seamless transition.
Senechalle, a 24-year veteran at AAM, will oversee asset allocation across various strategies, maintaining his direct client engagement as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Henderson, with 26 years of investment experience, will lead the fixed income team, building on her successful tenure leading the Corporate research and trading group.
Reed Nuttall, the outgoing CIO, will remain with AAM as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Nuttall, who has been pivotal in AAM’s investment success over the past two decades, expressed pride in the firm’s performance and confidence in the continued success under the new leadership.
