Established in 1999, BenefitHub is renowned for its comprehensive voluntary benefits and employee engagement platform, which serves over 10 million employees worldwide.
The platform is utilized by numerous Fortune 1000 companies, including industry giants such as Amazon, Walmart, and Johnson & Johnson.
BenefitHub’s innovative cloud-based technology offers a vast array of voluntary benefits solutions, insurance products, and discounts on consumer goods and services.
This strategic move aims to bolster recruitment and enhance employee retention rates for employers.
Additionally, BenefitHub provides advertisers with the opportunity to target specific customer segments, ensuring a substantial return on investment through its advanced technology platform.
The acquisition is part of Inverness Graham’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in the tech-enabled human capital services sector.
