Stratasys appoints Amir Kleiner as new Chief Operating Officer

Posted on April 8, 2024April 8, 2024

Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS), a frontrunner in 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions, has announced the elevation of Amir Kleiner to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Amir Kleiner, a seasoned member of the Stratasys family with 12 years of dedicated service, is set to oversee the company’s Global Operations, MIS, and Quality teams.

His expanded responsibilities will also include the continued leadership of the Customer Success team, a role he has excelled in over the past three and a half years.

Kleiner’s appointment is expected to reinforce the integration of the Customer Success organization with the Operations and Supply Chain divisions, a move that aligns with the company’s ‘Customer First’ ethos.

“Our goal is to create a seamless structure that unites our Customer Success with our operations and supply chain, enhancing our offerings and comprehensively meeting our customers’ production needs,” Kleiner remarked.

He steps into the shoes of Yossi Azarzar, who has decided to step down to focus on family interests.

Azarzar’s tenure was marked by significant contributions to the company’s Global Operations, Quality, Facilities & Real Estate, and MIS teams, setting the stage for Stratasys’s evolution into manufacturing-grade solutions.

“Following a significant tenure in the field, Amir brings a customer perspective to our operations, strategically, across data security, e-commerce, quality, product risk assessment and physical asset management, to leverage our manufacturing and operations to the benefit of our global installed base,” noted Dr. Yoav Zeif, Stratasys CEO.

“I want to thank Yossi for his leadership and hard work driving our operations improvements during a critical period in the company’s transformation and wish him the best of luck moving forward.”

Stratasys continues to lead the global shift towards additive manufacturing, delivering state-of-the-art 3D printing solutions across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, consumer products, and healthcare.

With its innovative printers, materials, software ecosystem, and on-demand parts services, Stratasys is committed to transforming product design, manufacturing agility, and patient care, offering competitive advantages throughout the product value chain.
