gWorks, a leading software provider for local governments and public agencies, has announced the acquisition of Freedom Systems, a Pennsylvania-based software firm with a longstanding reputation in the industry.
Effective March 27, 2024, the acquisition is a key component of gWorks’ growth strategy, marking its seventh acquisition in a decade and the fourth in the last two years, in collaboration with BV Investment Partners.
