KNAV merges with Singapore’s Natarajan & Swaminathan

KNAV, a global accounting and advisory firm, has merged with Natarajan & Swaminathan, a distinguished audit firm in Singapore with a 70-year legacy.

This strategic merger aims to enhance KNAV’s local operations and broaden its regional influence.

Natarajan & Swaminathan is celebrated for its exceptional audit and tax services, and its team’s deep understanding of Singapore’s business landscape.
The merger promises to deliver superior service levels and comprehensive solutions to Singaporean clients, leveraging both firms’ expertise.

The merged entity will operate under the KNAV International Limited umbrella, retaining the Natarajan & Swaminathan name and leadership to ensure continuity for clients and employees.

Atul Deshmukh, KNAV’s Chief Strategy Officer, highlighted the merger’s pivotal role in fortifying the firm’s presence in Singapore and advancing its global strategy.
Dominique Tan, KNAV’s Singapore leader, anticipates enhanced audit and tax service capabilities, with the team expanding to 48 members, including six partners.
