AUCKLAND: Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) confirmed the completion of due diligence and Board approval for its acquisition of 70% of Hub Aged Care, a Wellington-based primary care practice specialising in aged residential care services.
This marks an important step in our efforts to expand our elder care offerings in the Lower North Island.
The acquisition is expected to be completed effectively on 1 April, following the fulfilment of all conditions. One of Hub Aged Care’s general practitioners will remain as a co-owner, holding a 30% stake.
This acquisition aligns with Third Age Health’s strategic goals to enhance and expand healthcare services for the elderly, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
“We look forward to the integration of Hub Aged Care into our network and the positive impact it will have on our services,” a statement noted.
