The divestiture encompasses the group’s activities in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, and Togo, which collectively generate annual sales of approximately 60 million euros.
