ProductLife Group acquires UK based consultancy, Integrity

ProductLife Group (PLG) has acquired Integrity, a UK-based consultancy renowned for its expertise in IT Quality and Digital Transformation. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion of PLG’s capabilities in driving IT Quality projects and digital programs on a global scale.

ProductLife Group, a leader in regulatory, scientific, and digital services for life sciences, is set to leverage Integrity’s specialization in IT Quality, Digital Management, and Computerized System Validation. The merger, which includes the recently acquired LifeBee, aims to create a powerhouse offering comprehensive digital solutions focused on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

The combined strengths of PLG’s global reach, Integrity’s digital acumen, and LifeBee’s digital strategy expertise position the Group to deliver tangible value to clients, effectively navigating the life sciences industry’s complexities.
