BAHRAIN: Investrade, a prominent investment firm, has secured a 53% ownership of the Areen Park Hotel and The Land of Paradise Waterpark.

This acquisition is part of the expansive Areen Master Development Project, aimed at establishing a new urban hub in the kingdom’s south.

The deal was formalized at a signing event attended by dignitaries including Shaikh Mohamed Bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa of Investrade and Mr. Hisham Alrayes of Al Areen Holding Company.

The project promises a luxury hotel, villas, and apartments, set to house around 25,000 residents over 2 million square meters, near key Bahraini landmarks.

Shaikh Mohamed expressed enthusiasm for the investment, highlighting its alignment with Bahrain’s strategic vision and the partnership with GFH Financial Group.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Duaij Al Khalifa echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the project’s role in bolstering Bahrain’s tourism and its alignment with the national Vision 2030.

The collaboration with Investrade is seen as a pivotal step in realizing the high-end potential of the Al Areen development for the community’s benefit.
