SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Doctor Care Anywhere Group PLC (ASX:DOC) has announced the appointment of Ben Kent as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Seema Sangar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Ben Kent, who has served as the interim CEO for the past year, has been instrumental in steering the company through a period of strategic growth. His permanent appointment as CEO also includes a position on the Board of Directors as an executive director. John Stier, Chairman of Doctor Care Anywhere, expressed the Board’s enthusiasm, stating, “We are really pleased that Ben has agreed to become our permanent CEO to deliver our strategy and build on all of the great progress that the leadership team has achieved over the past twelve months.”
Seema Sangar joins the company as CFO, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous finance director roles at Equiniti Group plc and Avast Plc. Her expertise in managing growth and business change in technology-enabled businesses is expected to be a valuable asset to Doctor Care Anywhere.
