Caplan is a veteran in enterprise technology adoption, having served as the Senior Vice President of Salesforce AI, where he was instrumental in building and launching Salesforce’s GenAI products. He also managed emerging technologies, Web3, and the professional services organization for Salesforce. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Metaverse Governance Steering Committee and chaired Salesforce’s Gen AI Advisory Board and Web3 Advisory Board.
