SYDNEY: Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX: MCA) has announced the appointment of Brett Paton as the new independent non-executive Chairman. Paton’s extensive experience, including a 23-year tenure as Vice Chairman of UBS and roles at Citigroup and Tabcorp, is expected to bolster the company’s board.
Concurrently, Ross Anderson steps down as Chairman but will maintain his roles as CEO and Director.
Paton, also serving as Chairman of Pointsbet Limited and part of the Investment Committee at Hearts and Minds Investments Limited, will chair both the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee at Murray Cod Australia.
