Alaska Communications, a leading provider of connectivity solutions in Alaska, has announced the appointment of Jeff Vogt as its new chief operating officer. Vogt will oversee the company’s operations, strategy, and transformation initiatives, with a focus on customer experience, innovation, and fiber network expansion.
Vogt brings over 20 years of experience in the cable, telecommunications, data and software industries. He previously served as executive vice president and general manager at Actif.AI, an artificial intelligence software company for the telecommunications industry. He also held executive roles at Cantaloupe, Inc., Comcast Corporation, Level 3 Communications and AOL, Inc.
