T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) has launched its 5G Home Internet service in Puerto Rico, offering customers a new option for fast, reliable and affordable broadband. The service uses the Un-carrier’s 5G network, which is the largest and fastest in the island, and costs $50 a month with AutoPay and a voice line.
Customers who sign up for 5G Home Internet will also receive a $100 T-Mobile gift card, equivalent to two months of free service. They will also enjoy a flat monthly rate with no added taxes, fees or equipment costs, a simple setup process, a worry-free trial period, and a price lock guarantee. Additionally, they will get access to exclusive deals and streaming benefits from T-Mobile’s partners, such as Apple TV+, Hulu, Netflix and MLB.TV.
T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is part of the Un-carrier’s mission to empower customers with more internet choices and challenge the status quo of the broadband industry. The service has been well received by customers across the U.S., who are happier than cable internet customers, according to a recent study.
The service is available to T-Mobile wireless customers in Puerto Rico who have an eligible address and a qualifying voice line. Customers can check their eligibility at a local retail store. The service is not available in all areas and is subject to network capacity.
