SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Iondrive Limited (ASX: ION), a company focused on developing and commercialising innovative battery technologies, has appointed Dr Ebbe Dommisse as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Dr Dommisse has over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale operations and bringing new products to market across various global markets. He has been instrumental in advancing the pre-feasibility study for the company’s environmentally sustainable lithium battery recycling technology, which is expected to be completed within the next two months.
Dr Dommisse will also oversee the commercialisation of two other battery related technologies exclusively licensed from the University of Adelaide, as well as the company’s lithium exploration business in South Korea, in partnership with KoBold Metals Company.
The Board of Iondrive thanked the outgoing CEO, Mr Robert Smillie, for his leadership and contributions, and expressed confidence in Dr Dommisse’s ability to lead the company in the energy transition.
