TouchTunes Music Company, LLC, the largest in-venue music and entertainment platform, has acquired Arachnid 360, LLC, the pioneer and innovator of soft-tip electronic darts. The deal will create a combined company with nearly 100,000 connected devices, offering a wide range of interactive entertainment options for bars and restaurants in North America and Europe.
TouchTunes plans to invest in the game of darts and support its growth among consumers, venues, and operators. Arachnid will retain its existing brands, including BullShooter and Spider 360.
