Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and service provider, has announced its acquisition of MarathonHR, a Georgia-based firm that specializes in HR outsourcing for small and mid-sized businesses. The deal is Vensure’s 69th acquisition since 2018 and strengthens its presence in the southeastern U.S.
Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure, said the acquisition will allow the company to offer unmatched HR solutions to a broader business community in Georgia, where over one million small businesses employ 1.7 million individuals. Ralph Cimperman, founder and CEO of MarathonHR, said the partnership will give his clients access to Vensure’s industry-leading services, technologies, and benefits.
Vensure, headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, is the largest privately held organization in the HR technology and service sector, serving over 95,000 businesses and processing over $135B in annual payroll. The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including HR/HCM technology, managed services, and global business process outsourcing (BPO). Vensure’s second-largest office is in Duluth, Georgia, serving as a regional operations hub for the southeastern U.S.
