Dave Dickey joins ESP Associates as new CEO

ESP Associates, a top engineering design, planning, and geospatial firm, has appointed Dave Dickey as its new Chief Executive Officer. Dickey is a certified planner with over 35 years of experience in senior and executive roles in the AEC industry. He succeeds Joe Hendrick, who led the company for nearly 25 years and will remain on the Board of Directors.

Dickey will work with Hendrick and Strength Capital Partners, ESP’s partner since 2017, to pursue strategic growth initiatives across multiple service lines and market sectors. He said he was honored to lead a firm with a rich history of excellence and innovation.
