AMSTERDAM: Envipco Holding N.V., a leading provider of reverse vending solutions, has announced the appointment of Mikael Clement as its new Chief Strategy and IR Officer (CSO). The CSO role is a newly created position that will strengthen the Company’s corporate management and executive leadership.
Mikael Clement will be in charge of defining and executing the corporate and financial strategy of Envipco, as well as leading its investor relations (IR) activities. He will report directly to CEO Simon Bolton.
Mikael Clement has nearly 30 years of experience in finance, investment banking, and strategic advisory. He was previously the CFO of Xplora Technologies, a smartwatch company that he helped grow and list on Euronext Growth Oslo. He holds a BBA in Finance and a BA with honors from Pacific Lutheran University, USA.
CEO Simon Bolton welcomed Mikael Clement to Envipco and praised his extensive experience and skills. He said that Mikael Clement will play a key role in driving Envipco’s growth and financial performance, and in raising its investor profile and awareness.
