LMC Landscape Partners, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners, has acquired Cutters Edge Total Landscape Solutions, a leading commercial landscaping company based in Davie, Florida. This is LMC’s first entry into the Florida market, adding to its portfolio of brands across the southeastern region.
Cutters Edge, founded by William Quigley, has been serving the southern Florida market with landscape maintenance, design, tree care, irrigation, plant health care, and related services for over 20 years. Quigley will join the LMC leadership team as Regional Vice President of Florida Operations.
LMC CEO Trey Brock said he was thrilled to welcome the Cutters Edge team into the LMC family of brands, which includes Woodlake Outdoor, LMC Houston, ALM Commercial Landscaping, and Owens Landscape Construction. He praised Quigley’s reputation for quality and service, and expressed enthusiasm for the expansion opportunity in Florida.
Trivest Partner Steve Reynolds also commented on the acquisition, saying that Cutters Edge was a leader in delivering exceptional landscape services to commercial customers, and that they were an excellent fit with the existing LMC family of brands. He said Trivest was excited to support their growth.
