Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform, today announced Ohad Hecht as its new CEO. Hecht, a former co-founder and CEO of Prodport and Emarsys, will focus on cultivating a winning culture, embracing a customer-centric strategy, and continuing to build a best-in-class, innovative customer engagement solution.
Emplifi has achieved multiple milestones in the last few years, including acquiring and integrating four martech platforms, rebranding and relaunching as Emplifi, and securing top-tier clients such as Benefit Cosmetics, Currys plc, Domino’s, Mercedes-Benz, Miele and Shoppee. The company also received positive reviews from G2 and TrustRadius, and recognition from analysts at Forrester and IDC.
Hecht said he was excited to lead Emplifi into its next stage of accelerated growth, further embracing AI, automation, and integrations, and supporting the end-to-end customer experience. He added that Emplifi’s unique positioning and shared belief in genuine, empathetic communication was the reason he joined the company.
