Great Day Improvements, LLC, a leading direct-to-consumer home remodeling company, has acquired Florida-based Home Performance Alliance (HPA), a provider of window replacement, bath remodels and high-performance roofing solutions.

The acquisition adds a new product line to Great Day Improvements’ portfolio of brands and enables the company to serve more homeowners across different climates and regions.

The company, which ranked No. 3 nationally on Qualified Remodeler’s 2023 annual HIP 200 list of top Home Improvement Pro companies, has added over 40 locations in 2023 through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The company also offers more career opportunities for its over 3,000 employees, demonstrating its commitment to empowering its workforce.

Delia, the leader of HPA, will join the Great Day Improvements leadership team and report to Michael Hoy, the CEO. Carolyn Resar, EVP of Integration at Great Day Improvements, will oversee the smooth integration of HPA, reporting to Drew Weinfurtner, president and COO.
