Hyperlink Ventures, a new venture capital firm led by three former roommates and software investors, announced today the close of its first fund at $32 million.
The fund will focus on Series A and Series B stage companies that are developing technology solutions to improve productivity for large enterprises and industries.
The firm, founded earlier this year by Eli Cole, Sarosh Adi, and Piran Adi, aims to differentiate itself by providing tangible resources to its portfolio companies, such as customer introductions and engineering hires.
Hyperlink has already co-invested with established firms in four startups, including Rad AI, a vertical software company for radiologists.
Hyperlink is backed by 20 limited partners, mostly former successful founders and family offices from the US and Israel. The firm’s partners have been investing together for over a decade and have a track record of backing billion dollar companies.
“We founded Hyperlink to do things a bit differently than most other venture firms,” said Cole. “Our transparent culture has allowed us to build a strong rapport with founders and co-investors alike.”
