Chris Raymond names President and CEO of Boeing Global Services

Boeing has appointed Chris Raymond as the new president and CEO of Boeing Global Services (BGS), the company’s aerospace services business that had $17.6 billion in revenue in 2022.

Raymond will replace Stephanie Pope, who will become Boeing’s chief operating officer from Jan. 1, 2024. Raymond will report to Pope and remain on the company’s Executive Council.

Pope praised Raymond’s 30 years of experience and strong connections in the commercial and government markets, and expressed confidence in his ability to lead the Services team and deliver on customer commitments.

Boeing has also named Brian Moran as its chief sustainability officer, succeeding Raymond. Moran will be based in Amsterdam and report to Boeing president and CEO Dave Calhoun, as well as to the board’s Governance & Public Policy committee. He will also join the Executive Council.

Moran will oversee Boeing’s sustainability efforts, including stakeholder reporting, industry partnerships and company performance. Calhoun highlighted Moran’s 20 years of service and deep understanding of the global partners and stakeholders, and said that sustainability was a key priority for Boeing and the industry.
