First Class Metals signs agreement with NNFN for mineral exploration in Canada

LONDON, UK:  First Class Metals PLC, a UK-based metals exploration company, has signed an Exploration Agreement (EA) with the Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg First Nation (NNFN) to conduct mineral exploration on three properties in Canada.

The EA covers the North Hemlo, Esa and Sugar Cube Properties, which are located within the Traditional Territories of the NNFN. The agreement respects the Aboriginal and Treaty rights and interests of the NNFN and promotes a mutually beneficial and respectful relationship between FCM and the Community.

FCM plans to start a stripping program on the Esa Property soon, with the aim of making it drill ready. The NNFN supports FCM’s mining activities and commends its commitment to protect the lands and waters.

FCM’s CEO Marc J Sale said that he was extremely pleased with the transparent and honest relationship with the NNFN and looked forward to working with them.
