Joachim Creus is appointed new CEO and Vice Chairman of the JAB Board

LUXEMBOURG: JAB, a global investment firm focused on consumer goods and services, has announced a leadership change. Joachim Creus, who has been with JAB since 2010 and has played a critical role in establishing and expanding its investment portfolio, has been appointed as the new CEO and Vice Chairman of the JAB Board.

He will also succeed Peter Harf as the Chairman in the future. Frank Engelen, who joined JAB in 2020 and has been involved in its pet insurance platform, has been promoted to Managing Partner. Olivier Goudet, who has been the CEO of JAB since 2012 and has led its strategic transformation and growth, will become a Senior Investment Advisor and remain a Board Director of some JAB portfolio companies.

Harf, the current Chairman of JAB, praised Creus and Engelen for their vision and expertise, and thanked Goudet for his exceptional leadership and contributions. Goudet said that he is opening a new chapter after 12 years at JAB, and expressed his confidence in the new leadership team.
