Olive AI, a company that provides artificial intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry, has announced that it will be selling its assets in two online auctions conducted by Silicon Valley Disposition (SVD), a global leader in asset management and repurposing solutions.
The company, which raised over $840 million and was valued at $4 billion, is one of the first-of-its-kind in the health tech space.
The auctions will feature over 600 lots of high-end equipment, furniture, and facilities from Olive AI’s 30,000 square feet office. The items include over 400 laptops from Apple and Lenovo, many of them new-in-box, 96 Apple Thunderbolts, servers, switches, routers, projectors, interactive displays, 10 conference rooms, 12 privacy booths, a full cafeteria, and a full gym.
The first online auction is scheduled for November 27th–29th, 2023, and the second auction is scheduled for November 29th–30th, 2023. Interested buyers can register and view the catalog at SVD’s website.
SVD, founded in 2010, is a company that provides a proprietary asset management and repurposing solution called Strategic Asset Manager (SAM), which is used by some of the largest companies in the world. SVD has offices in California, Texas, Connecticut, and South Carolina, and has executed thousands of disposition projects across dozens of industries and hundreds of asset classes.
Olive AI, founded in 2012, is a company that aims to transform healthcare by automating complex and high-volume tasks using artificial intelligence.
The company claims to have over 900 customers, including hospitals, health systems, and clinics, and to have saved them over $150 million in operational costs. Olive AI’s website states that the company is “on a mission to unleash a trillion dollars of hidden potential within healthcare.”
