MindLeaf Technologies to spinoff its life sciences division as CliniLink Health

MASSACHUSETTS: MindLeaf Technologies, a company that provides medical and compliance support services to healthcare organizations, has announced the spinoff of its life sciences division as CliniLink Health.

CliniLink Health is a new company that will focus on providing data management and patient engagement solutions for clinical trials.

CliniLink Health was born out of a need to improve the efficiency and outcomes of clinical trials, which often face challenges such as low patient recruitment, high dropout rates, and lack of diversity and inclusion. To address these issues, CliniLink Health developed a platform that helps organizations recruit and retain subjects while meeting the FDA mandate around DEI requirements. The platform also enables data collection and analysis at each stage of the trial, from pre-trial to post-trial, to provide a holistic view of the trial/site/patients.

Paresh Shah, the CEO of MindLeaf Technologies, said that he identified a gap in the clinical trials’ patient engagement market and decided to fill it by creating a patient engagement platform.

After two years of development and beta testing, he decided to spin off the life sciences division as CliniLink Health, which will operate independently from MindLeaf Technologies.

CliniLink Health will offer services that include DEI analysis during patient recruitment, patient onboarding and engagement, risk management for patients dropping out, and SDOH analysis. By doing this, CliniLink Health hopes to revolutionize clinical trials and improve the performance and outcomes of clinical trials and patient recruitment.

MindLeaf Technologies will continue to serve its clients in the federal and state government healthcare sector, while CliniLink Health will grow independently with its dedication to clinical trials.
