CHICAGO: ADM’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 45.0 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 6, 2023, to shareholders of record on Nov. 15, 2023.
This is ADM’s 368th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of more than 92 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 30, 2023, there were 534,813,118 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
