LONDON, UK: Gresham Technologies has appointed Richard Last as independent non-executive Chair, effective immediately.
Richard’s appointment follows a thorough and comprehensive process undertaken by the Nomination Committee, led by Andy Balchin, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
Richard Last brings a wealth of public company experience to the Board and is currently Chair of Tribal Group Plc, as well as non-executive director of Corero Network Security Plc. In addition, Richard is the Chair and/or non-executive director of a number of privately held companies.
Over the past five years, Richard has held Chair positions at Gamma Communications Plc, Hyve Group plc, Arontech Group Plc, Lighthouse Group Plc, and Servelec Group Plc. Previously, he was a non-executive director of CSE Global Limited, a Singapore listed company.

The Directors have determined that upon appointment, Richard Last will be independent.
