SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Mighty Kingdom Limited, a leading game developer, has announced that its Chief Financial and Operations Officer, Simon Rabbitt, will take over as Interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. The Company is looking for a permanent CEO to lead its future expansion plans.
Mr Rabbitt has 11 years of executive experience in the Media, Sports and Entertainment industries. He joined Mighty Kingdom in 2020 and has been instrumental in restructuring and executing a sustainable business model for the Company. He will continue to perform his CFOO duties during his Interim appointment with additional board oversight.
The Company’s Chair, Michelle Guthrie, praised Mr Rabbitt’s impact and said that his appointment as Interim CEO will place the Company in the best possible position to evaluate the options available to it going forward.
