LONDON, UK: WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND) has rebranded as Cirata plc. It is anticipated that from 5 October 2023 (or as soon as possible thereafter), the Company’s shares will be trading under the ticker CRTA. A separate notification will be issued to confirm the date of ticker change. The ISIN will remain unchanged.
As announced on the 30 August, at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the change of the Company’s name to Cirata plc. This announcement confirms the filing of the name change with the Jersey registry. The rebranding of the Company does not alter the Company’s business operations or financial framework.
The Company felt the time was right to be renamed as part of a broad and extensive rebranding program. With Cirata as a new canvas, we are creating a sharper and more compelling vision for the Company. The Company’s turnaround is quickly gaining momentum with a new leadership team; new and effective governance and control mechanisms; an energized group of talented professionals; and a focused go-to-market and growth strategy. The new name reflects our transformation.
