Stratascale, an SHI company that provides digital transformation solutions, announced today the acquisition of Vector0, a provider of Attack Surface Management (ASM) software. The acquisition will enhance Stratascale’s ability to deliver cutting-edge, proactive cybersecurity services to its customers.
ASM is a process of discovering, prioritizing, and mitigating critical security risks across an organization’s digital assets. Vector0’s ASM platform leverages continuous internet scans, unified vulnerability and security data, and automated testing and suggested fixes to help organizations secure their digital initiatives effectively.
The acquisition will enable Stratascale to offer a comprehensive and proactive approach to Attack Surface Validation (ASV), as well as to integrate Stratascale’s managed services with some of its strategic cybersecurity partners’ threat and vulnerability management capabilities.
“This is the latest milestone in a multi-year investment into establishing SHI, and specifically the Stratascale brand, as a leader in the cybersecurity consultancy and implementation market,” said Thai Lee, President and CEO at Stratascale parent company SHI International.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
