KLDiscovery to acquire Cenza Technologies

KLDiscovery Inc. (KLD), a prominent global provider of electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Cenza Technologies Private Limited (Cenza), an India-based alternative legal services provider (ALSP) specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related solutions, document review, and Legal AI-driven services.

Cenza, a well-established global ALSP, extends its services to clients in the US and UK from India, delivering scalable, cost-effective, and dependable managed legal services backed by cutting-edge technology, profound operational expertise, stringent quality control, and robust client support. Chambers and Partners recognized Cenza in their 2023 Global-wide Alternative Legal Service Provider and LawTech Consulting guides.

Christopher Weiler, CEO of KLDiscovery, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming the Cenza team into the KLDiscovery family.
