Shop Circle, a London-based e-commerce software company, has secured $120 million in a Series A round of funding. The round was led by 645 Ventures and 3VC, two venture capital firms that specialize in backing early-stage technology startups. QED Investors and NfX, existing investors in Shop Circle, also joined the round.
Shop Circle plans to use the new capital to further develop and expand its suite of e-commerce tools and services. The company offers a one-stop solution to online merchants, enabling them to grow their businesses sustainably and continuously.
Shop Circle also provides data-driven tech stack consultation and AI-driven tools to help brands optimize their costs and conversions. The company was founded in 2021 by Luca Cartechini and Gian Maria Gramondi, and currently serves over 100,000 e-commerce brands worldwide.
