San Francisco’s Certa raises $35 million in Series B funding to fuel global expansion

SAN FRANCISCO: Certa, the all-in-one third-party management platform based in San Francisco, has successfully secured $35 million in Series B funding, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth.

This oversubscribed funding round has propelled Certa’s total institutional investment to an impressive $50 million.

Leading the Series B round were prominent investors, including Fin Capital, Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia, and India, with notable contributions from Tru Arrow Partners. Existing supporters of Certa, including Point72 Ventures, BDMI, Aglae Ventures, Mantis VC, and GOAT Capital, also participated in this funding round.

Fin Capital, a global asset manager specializing in full life cycle investments in B2B FinTech companies, played a pivotal role in leading the investment. With headquarters in San Francisco and additional offices in Los Angeles, London, Miami, and New York, Fin Capital brings valuable expertise to Certa’s growth journey.

Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Singapore, is a venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage and later-stage investments. Their participation underscores the growing interest in Certa’s innovative platform.

Certa has outlined ambitious plans for the utilization of these funds. The company intends to expand its market presence, targeting new geographies, and accelerate the adoption of its platform.
