NT Minerals acquires Finniss River Critical Minerals Project near Core Lithium’s project

PERTH, AUSTRALIA: NT Minerals Limited has announced that it has completed due diligence on the Finniss River Critical Minerals Project, owned by Strategic Exploration Pty Ltd.

The project consists of four tenements covering +500km2 in the Bynoe Pegmatite Field, southwest of the Finniss Project developed by Core Lithium Limited, which hosts 15 million tonnes of lithium oxide resources.

NT Minerals will issue up to 200 million shares to acquire the project, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals and shareholder approval.

The transaction involves an associate of Director Roy Jansan, who indirectly holds 33% of Reforme Resources, which owns 80% of Strategic. NT Minerals has engaged The Cloud Miner to undertake an independent valuation of the project and will appoint an independent expert to prepare a report for the shareholders.
