SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Sequoia Financial Group Limited (ASX: SEQ), a diversified financial services company, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Castle Corporate Pty Ltd and Castle Legal Pty Ltd (Castle), a leading provider of legal and corporate services, as of 21 August 2023. The acquisition was first announced on 11 July 2023.
The acquisition will strengthen Sequoia’s position as a market leader in the legal document business, as it will merge Castle with its existing subsidiary Doscentre Pty Ltd, which was formed by the previous acquisitions of Panthercorp in December 2020 and Doscentre Legal Pty Ltd (formerly Topdocs Legal Pty Ltd) in January 2022.
Sequoia has assured that the business operations of Castle will continue uninterrupted during and after the acquisition process, and that it will provide seamless support and service to all Castle clients. Sequoia expects to achieve significant synergies and efficiencies from the integration of the businesses, as well as to offer a broader range of products and services to its clients.
